Who can become a member?

Everyone working with debt is welcome as a member, including financial organizations, debt advisers and other relevant actors in the field. ECDN is working to improve the field of debt advice in general, and to achieve this we must collaborate, share knowledge, and experience, and stand together.

How can I/we apply?

If you or your organisation would like to become a member of the ECDN, you just need to fill out our application form, which will then be discussed at our admission meetings. You can learn more about our application process and find the application form under “Become a member

Is the membership free?

The first year of membership is free. After this, the price of membership varies depending on the type of membership you choose. Under “Become a member” you can read more about the different types of memberships we offer.

How do I/we resign our membership?

If you, unfortunately, must resign your membership, please send us an email with the date of resignment before your present membership runs out and fill out the survey you will be sent together with the reassignment.

What’s in it for me/us?

How do protect my/our data?

We never keep your data longer than necessary. Exactly how long we keep it depends on several factors including your type of membership and which activities you have been involved in – but we always follow the rules of the GDPR.
