On May 29th, Sandy was in Brussels with Maxime from CRESUS. At this meeting the parties discussed the evaluation of the Consumer Credit Directive (CCD). The evaluation generally gave a positive view on the CCD, as it increased the protection of the consumers. At the meeting each participant had prepared their key concerns with the CCD, among other things the commercials of loan givers, the information they gave to the debtors and the creditworthiness assessment were discussed.
