In order to achieve our aim of fighting over-indebtedness, it is important that debt advice organisations, companies and associations have the right tools to ensure that debtors receive high quality guidance and help. We all do our best to give our clients the help they deserve in order to live a life free from over-indebtedness and the consequences that follow. But we can feel frustrated from time to time, missing the necessary tools to guide and help our clients, asking ourselves – How do I go from here? In order to prevent these situations, we created this toolbox to give you the tools you need.

TOOLBOX TO COMBAT OVER – INDEBTEDNESS

Here you will find different tools developed by debt advice organisations and companies across Europe. The tools are organized according to which types of actors they are aimed at. Citizens will find tools enabling them to deal with their financial issues on their own. Providers of debt advice and debt counseling will find tools helping them improve their best practice and improve their users’ experience. Other professionals and user organisations will also find various tools which could help them improve and overcome barriers in their daily work. The tools will be updated from time to time.

INTERNATIONAL TOOLBOX

In Europe, many organizations provide useful tools for managing personal finances and run inspiring educational projects.

While staying at home, we recommend to all consumers, debt advisors and teachers using financial e-education.
