The Bar Association of Perugia and ECDN have designed an initial intervention strategy for preventing and combatting over-indebtedness..

The three pillars of this strategy are:

• A workshop module of an education / training course for adults in over-indebtedness
• A workshop module of an education / training course for operators of Centres/Contact Points of socio-economically disadvantaged people at risk of social exclusion
• An over-indebtedness risk index for the use in Centres/Contact Points and/or people placed in over-indebtedness crisis resolution pathways
